Caregivers Credentials
We do not publish credentials online due to security & identity theft risks. We do not transmit digital copies of official documents. Credentials are presented in person by the Caregiver to the Client at their introductory meeting. These include qualifications, certifications, testimonials and CV’s.
What is an Introductory Meeting?
The Caregiver will visit the Client’s location for a one-hour session at no charge for her time. However, the Client is responsible for reimbursing the Caregiver’s travel expenses from the City Centre to the Client’s location. If the Client requires a printed paper copy of the Caregiver’s credentials, the cost will be covered by the Client. These expenses are estimated to be between R100 and R150.

Contracting a Caregiver
Following the Introductory Meeting, both the Client and the Caregiver will have the chance to assess any concerns. If both parties agree to proceed with the Caregiver’s engagement, a Terms of Service Agreement must be signed to formalise the arrangement.
